Over eighty percent of ones food should comprise of fruits and vegetables if the normal slightly alkaline body ph is to be maintained. A normal body ph of 7.4 has many benefits. Not only does it help to prevent illnesses but also assists in curing them. With an alkaline ph the life span can be increased too. There are many kinds of alkaline fruits and vegetable one can have. Below is a list of the five top fruits that are alkaline.

Figs are the top form of alkaline fruits. Figs have in them several qualities and help tremendously in alkalizing the body. They can be eaten raw or can be added to any recipe. Dried figs are also alkaline and one can even add then to half a glass of warm water to hydrate them. But since figs are laxative fruits also it is advisable to not have more than a handful in a day.

Another fruit that is alkaline is the apple. An apple a day actually does keep the doctor away, and if the doctor is good looking, well in that case too do not do away with the apple, simply get his number. Apples are not only loved for their taste but can be consumed in various forms. Cut an apple into small square shapes add a little bit of iodine sea salt and lemon and mix well. Apples are most commonly consumed raw and that is the best way to have this fruit while keeping all their nutrients intact.

Third on the list of fruits that are alkaline are all kinds of sweet grapes. Grapes are easy to carry and consume. They do not involve much chopping and cleaning. What is more is that this fruit is a favorite with kids and one does not have to run behind them to make them eat some grapes. Just leave a bowl full of grapes lying around while the kids are playing and soon they will all be gone. Even though raisins are derived from grapes it is best to consume alkaline fruits that are fresh and thoroughly cleaned as opposed to processed alkaline fruits. All the same not only raisins but all dried fruits are alkaline fruits and can be consumed without fear.

Fresh And Alive! 2G Budget Water Ionizer (Batch)

!9# Fresh And Alive! 2G Budget Water Ionizer (Batch)

Brand : Fresh And Alive! | Rate : | Price :
Post Date : Sep 27, 2011 04:36:37 | Usually ships in 1-2 business days

The Fresh and Alive! 2G Budget Ionizer creates medical grade super alkaline and acid waters tens to hundreds of times stronger than other ionizers at a fraction of the cost. Unlike expensive flow-through ionizers that connect to your plumbing and electrify the water as it flows through, our 2G batch model holds water in two tanks, one acid, and one alkaline, separated by a porous membrane. Using platinum-coated medical-grade titanium electrodes (the main cost of this model, platinum is more expensive than gold), the 2G electrifies the water with direct current electricity for 8 to 12 hours. When used as directed, the 2G Ionizer makes 3/4 gallon each of pH 10 to 11 alkaline water with ORP of -800 to -1,000 millivolts, and pH 4 to 5 acid waters with ORP of 800 to 1,000 millivolts, every 8 to 12 hours. These values are tens to hundreds of times stronger than found in flow-through models. The primary weakness of flow-through ionizers is their dependence on the quality of water coming from your tap. All ionizers must have minerals in the water to make ions that give the water a strong pH and electrical charge, the fewer minerals you have in your water, the weaker your ionized water will be. If you have limited minerals in your water, you will have weak ionized water, and many municipal supplies and wells have poorly mineralized (and frequently toxic) water. With the 2G Ionizer you can use good bottled or purified water and add your own trace minerals in order to make strong, pure ionized water. You can use any of the expensive flow-through ionizers such as Jupiter, Kangen, Enagic, Tyent, Microwater, & Delphi, but if your water is poor quality, you'll wind up with low pH values and ORP values. With the 2G Ionizer you have control over both the quality of water used and the strength of ionization, features not found in any flow-through model on the market. You'll also need liquid sea minerals, a water pH test kit, & urine pH test paper. See our bundle which includes those.

• Creates medical grade "super acid" and "super alkaline" water much stronger than other models costing thousands.
• Creates ionized water with pH and ORP values tens to hundreds of times stronger than than most other models.
• Allows you to use higher quality water (purified spring, well, bottled, or tap) than tap water required for models that connect to your faucet.
• Easy to use, self-cleaning. Makes over 2 gallons each of alkaline and acid waters per day.
• Detailed instructions, 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
